yummy & quick recipes

Last night I tried out two recipes that I found via Pinterest. I was in the mood for something really easy and fast, but still fun. For dinner, I made a calzone. Jake and I are pretty plain people so we just had cheese and pepperoni, but you can make this with anything and everything you could ever want. It’s delish. Next time we’re going to try BBQ and chicken <3

Ingredients:
Pizza crust
Sauce of your choice
Toppings of your choice
Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes, then voila!

For dessert, I wanted something healthy. I found this on Pinterest so I figured I’d give it a go…

I used a non-fat vanilla yogurt. Because of the nature of the yogurt, it didn’t give full coating like the above BUT they’re still yummy. When I make these again, I’m going to use Greek yogurt. It’s thicker and should coat better.
